Job Description:

Job Roles / Responsibilities:       

·         Extensive experience in technical/system documentation

·         Extensive experience in creating/updating SDLC documents with the project lifecycle (Functional requirements, Functional specs, use cases, design specs, production runbooks, non-functional specs, traceability matrix, release notes, other project specific documents and presentations)

·         Experienced in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies including Scrum

·         Create and update technical diagrams using Visio and PowerPoint

·         Experience in creating architecture and deployment diagrams, network diagrams, entity diagrams, sequence diagrams, technical & process flows, system flows 
Ability to understand technical information, ask the right questions, and document the details 

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills 

·         Expertise in MS Office Suite including Visio and PPT 

·         Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
