Position: Incident Management
Location: California, CA
Contract: 6+ Months
Must have skills: Incident Management
Enterprise experience in Data Center, experience on running multi infra operations
Prioritized items in RISK matrix. This person will translate those Risks in Run Books.
Ex- if 10 servers goes down, what are the next steps, next escalation mechanism etc.
Very good understanding of escalation process and ability to document the same
Comfortable with Technical writing of Recovery procedures and Fail over procedures (for example, how the various teams will recover if something fails)
Strong engineering background and ability to drive documentation and this person will need to work/communicate with different teams
Understanding of VRU/IVR domain is desired but not necessary
