Job Title: SAP Inventory Management/MM Consultant
Duration: 1 year
Location: Bellevue, WA, US
Desired skill set:
- Expertise in SAP IM/MM
- Good knowledge in Sales & delivery processes (SD)
- Basic process understanding of SAP modules like PP, FI, LE and integration of such processes with MM
- Knowledge in SAP IDOC
- Experience/knowledge in below will definitely be plus points
- SAP OER / Event management (good to have but not mandatory)
- 3PL business processes
- Retail industry process
- Basic ABAP debugging
Job Description:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills while dealing with business users, trading partners, vendors & development team
- Understand existing inventory / sales / shipment of the client, participate in various project discussions and propose IT solutions for the requirements
- Identify root causes for new problems as well as recurring issues; gather and document functional requirements to determine resolution
- Review Business Requirement Document (BRD) and capable of drafting Functional Specification Document (FSD) for configurations, custom ABAP objects, interfaces etc.,
- Provide inputs to ABAP/PI development team
- Responsible for unit testing of configuration, custom ABAP objects, IDOC's, custom interfaces etc.,
- Participate in testing at all levels (integration, end-to-end testing)
