Title: Database Analyst

Experience: 2-3 yrs

 

Description:

Create all necessary tables for the loading of data and Loaded data from different sources.
 
Expertise in writing PLSQL procedures, functions and packages using explicit and implicit cursors, ref cursors, exception blocks and inline functions.
 
Experience in PL/SQL programming in developing advanced Object Relational Database objects, Packages, Triggers and Subprogram units.
 
Proficient in writing triggers – both DML (after, before and instead­of triggers) and DDL triggers.
 
Experience using PLSQL Collections like PLSQL tables, Nested Tables and V­Arrays.
 
Provide ongoing production support including replying to user issues, resolving issues in conjunction with the technical team, and communicating to users upon resolution.
 
Possess reasonable understanding of different relational databases, writing simple SQL queries, creating tables, and generating reports.
 
Experience with a relational database such as Oracle, or MS SQL Server
 
Familiar with testing tools to design and develop test plans and test scripts and good at quickly learning technologies and systems that are organization/project specific.
 
Interacted with the Data warehouse team to assist them in building SQL queries and fine tune for better Performance.
 
Experience in debugging and Performance tuning of targets, sources, mappings and sessions.
