Position: Sr. Java/Hadoop Developer
Location: Richmond, VA
Length: 2 years
Hourly Rate/ Salary: $65/hr on Corp to Corp

Must have a strong core Java background. Someone who has been exclusively a Hadoop developer will not work.

5+ years cumulative software engineering experience required, 10+ years preferred.
Java: 5+ years pure Java design and development experience
Big Data: Hadoop, HDFS / Cloudera (Pig, Hive, Sqoop, Flume) or Map Reduce or MongoDB
Previous experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment
Web Services (REST or SOAP)
UNIX Shell scripting
Oracle and DB2
Web Logic
Excellent communication skills
Not required but a plus:
Working experience with
- ETL: (Talend, Ab Initio, Java Spring Batch or other similar tool)
- Fair Isaac / FICO Blaze Advisor
