5 to 8 years of production support experience,

Hands on experience on Production support processes

Experience in Unix, Java and DB concepts and MS Office.

Good knowledge of Mortgage Banking Process

Strong communication and Analytical skills.

PROGRESS 4GL,UNIX,Java and RDBMS concepts.

Finance/Mortgage banking knowledge, production support process and knowledge areas, Strong Analytical skills.

ITIL certification
