Position     = Sr . Microsoft Developer
Location    = Akron, OH
Duration    = 3-6+ months

 

Interview:  phone/skype

 

Senior Developers Only – 9+ years
Microsoft Solutions Developer. 
This position will have responsibilities including supporting existing GPO (Goodyear Price Optimization) solutions as well as developing new capabilities / functionalities.  Candidate must have experience developing data intensive applications and automated workflows.

 

Other critical or important skills:
Experience supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, software packages using VBA & SQL.  Data modeling and extensive SQL knowledge is a plus.  Other notable skills include text manipulation (XML, CSV, Regular Expressions) and .NET development (Services, Apps).

 

Programming Skill Sets:
VBA, SQL, .NET Web Technologies (Services, Apps)

 

Platform Skill Sets:
Microsoft SQL Server, Windows 2008 Server, Visual Studio 2013, VBA (Excel)

 

Other:
 Angular.js SPA, Node.js
