Location – Bentonville, AR


 

JD for Technical Product Owner:

1.       Should be Business savvy and have great communication skills

a.       Have expertise in understanding the business with ability to provide solutions for the business problems

b.      Good Communication skills and ability to communicate with different levels of stakeholders – Senior Management, Business, Architects, PM's, Team- Dev and QA, cross teams

c.       Ability to understand business requirement and map it to the user story and acceptance criteria

d.      Ability to break down business requirements into Themes, epics, user stories and Prioritize according to business value or ROI

2.       Good Technical understanding to help explain the technical solution is simple terms to business

3.       Good Agile Practices understanding with a clear understanding of Product Owner responsibilities

4.       Have the planning skills to elaborate Epics, Themes and Features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint.

5.       Ability to define the vision and goals at the beginning of every PSI

6.       Be the "voice of the customer" by Signing off / accepting user stories delivered by the development team
