Location : Dayton, OH

Duration : 6 Months

Rate : 60-65

NOTE: It's a techno-functional role so they need to be able to do the hands on configuration work and BA work

 

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Translating business requirements into executable specifications and updating system configuration settings in SAP ECC 6.0 to develop information technology solutions.

The Solutions Analyst will work closely with the business and functional areas to identify key processes used to drive value to leverage our investment in information technology.

Required Experience/ Skills:

·   Translate business requirements into system changes and update configuration settings accordingly.

·   Identify SAP system configuration settings to be updated.

·   Make the appropriate configuration changes and test for effectiveness.

·   10+ years experience in information technology or related business experience

·   5+ years experience configuring SAP modules, SD

·   Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and business acumen.

·   Demonstrated high energy, self-motivated, driven individual.

·   Experience working with internal customers to develop solutions.

·   Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Skills/Experience

·   Analyze complicated business processes, translating them into detailed requirements specifications which can be understood by the business and are executable by technical resources.

·   Approve requirements and design documents, and assist throughout the build phase, to ensure requirements are understood and met.

·   Leverage process knowledge to assist in the promotion of cultural change throughout the business.

·   Leverage technology to assist the business with process change.

·   Support business goals as well as IT strategic goals.

·   Assist the business in the IT Governance process to secure funding.

·   Deliver the business solution on-time and within budget, meeting the overall business requirements.

·   Lead the business through the testing process for technical changes, provide assistance in script development and integrated test plans for system changes.
