Job Title: Web Sphere Commerce Developer
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ
Duration: 12+ Months
Contract Start Date: 01-Dec-2015
R Role is supporting a Java/WCS system so prior support experience would be huge. But we are open to WCS Developers who haven't done support as long as they are willing to do it.
Basic Oracle sql skills – troubleshooting required.
- Need to have excellent communication skills
- Some nights and weekend shifts will be required.
M-F onsite work in Basking Ridge NJ
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Role is highly visible to the business and client stakeholders
- Lead resolution to every day challenges
- Incident management and Root Cause analysis
- Provide status reporting for internal and client use
- Provide on-call on a rotational basis
- Work with the development team and LT to address any escalations or attend to any risks
- Communicate to client stakeholders in technical and non-technical language
- Need to have a sense of urgency in every activity
Requirements: - Office is in Basking Ridge, NJ
- Demands 5 days/week at client site
- Should be open to working late nights/early morning for offshore communication
- Should be a self-starter and a team player, and willing to be flexible with the client and project needs
