Job Title Java Developer with WebSphere Commerce
Location Basking Ridge, NJ
Duration 6+ Months
Mandatory Skills: WCS (WebSphere Commerce)
Main duties and responsibilities:
· Role is highly visible to the business and client stakeholders
· Lead resolution to every day challenges
· Provide direction to the Client offshore team
· Incident management and Root Cause analysis
· Provide status reporting for internal and client use
· Provide on-call on a rotational basis
· Work with the development team and LT to address any escalations or attend to any risks
· Work with the Client offshore Lead to provide and bring all incidents to closure
· Communicate to client stakeholders in technical and non-technical language
· Need to have a sense of urgency in every activity.
