-Will work on interfaces with Soarian through Web Services.
-Must have JMS messaging
-Restful web services
-Soarian experience a plus.

-SQL
-Angular and JQuery a plus
-Apache Camel or another such as Mule, Tibco, Spring Integration, Rabbit MQ
