Need strong JBPM experience (MUST)
· More than 8+ years' experience, doing application / framework design and development
· Vast Knowledge/ Experience of Java - Design patterns, collections, open sources libraries, Web Services etc
· Vast experience with workflow systems - Defining Framework, Building workflows, Application integration
· Experience with Workflow tools like jBPM, AWD and standards - BPEL, BPMN etc.
· Exposure to capital markets domain, Risk Knowledge is plus
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
