Job Description:
· Absolutely out of the box thinker you question status quo.
· You think holistic Product Design not just UI
· Have a deep understanding of user-centered design process and can apply the same to transform users' experience at Juniper.
· Have proficiency in design methodologies and tools
· Are good at story telling with good communication skills
· A balance of good visual and interaction design skills
· Personal portfolio of exceptional quality
· Prototyping skills are a plus
· Understanding of front end development skills will be a plus
· Experience working with enterprise applications will be a plus
· Able to mentor / manage a small team of designers
