Weblogic Middleware  Admin
Mt. laurel, NJ

 

Job Description:

•             Provide real-time technical support for application servers and webservers (Weblogic, Apache Tomcat, Jboss & apache webserver) across all environment

•          Research and resolve middleware and webserver related technical issues.

•          Support Production and non-Production environments, including break-fix responsibilities.

•          Take part in incident calls and coordinate with cross functional teams to fix critical / high priority issue within agreed Response and Resolution time

•          Participate in 24x7 on-call support for escalations and critical production issues.

•          Perform middleware migrations and application migrations between environments.

•          Maintain documentation regarding environment specific configuration.

•          Work with other application teams to ensure consistency across environments.

•          Participate in infrastructure, database and application upgrades as needed.

•          Collaborating directly with client team members and onsite members for day-to-day operational support, issue resolution and escalation.
