Required:-
8+ years of overall experience
Account, Campaign, Opportunity Management in Sales Cloud.
Knowledge on Communities.
CTI Implementation.
Experience with Service Cloud including: Service Console, Customer Portal, Case Feed, Knowledge Base and Entitlements is required.
