·         Pega new Features in V7.1.x

·         Integration - Services, Connectors

·         Tools - PAL, SMA, Clipboard, Tracer, PLA

·         Flow shapes / Assignments / Activities / UI

·         Reporting /SLA / Calendar

·         Agents / scheduling

·         Declarative Rules

·         Decision Rules
