Our Client is seeking a Senior Peoplesoft Functional Lead EPM Developer.
The successful candidate will consult with internal business groups to provide appropriate application software development services or technical support.
Additional responsibilities include:
Analyze, define and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment
Work with internal business groups on implementation opportunities, challenges, and requirements of various applications
Analyze information and provide recommendations to address and resolve business issues for a specific business group
Contribute to defining time tables and project plans
Analyze and estimate feasibility, cost, time, and compatibility with hardware and other programs
Establish, implement and monitor best practices for technical development methodologies and tools
Proposes innovative, creative technology solutions
To succeed in this role you will need the following:
8-10 years' of experience in software development
3+ years' experience supporting PeopleSoft EPM
3+ years' experience with PeopleTools
Previous experience with Funds Transfer Pricing module
Demonstrated experience with SQL performance tuning and optimization
Experience with DB2/UDB version 9.7 is preferred
Hands on experience using ETL tools such as DataStage and Informatica is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or similar field strongly preferred
Strong budget experience
Experience using SDLC Methodology, Agile methodology is a plus
