Job Title: Sr. Analyst – Micro strategy Reporting

Experience:  6+ years

Location:  Columbus, OH

Skills and competencies:

• 5 - 6 years' experience in management & operational reporting in US Mortgage domain
  
• 3 - 4 years' experience in Micro strategy reporting. Ability to work on the schema design, create various calculated metrics and visualisations, and deploy reports in production
  
• Experience with and comprehensive understanding of Mortgage Servicing processes-a strong plus.
  
• Experience with conducting analysis & profiling of data, mapping of data sources and rules, if any, that need to be applied-Required.
  
• Strong, demonstrated analytical skills that can be applied to procedures and business challenges to identify specific automation opportunities.
  
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing, and loss-mitigation in particular.
  
• Experience with and comprehensive understanding of Mortgage Servicing processes and associated Mortgage Lines of Business.
  
• Exposure to various technologies in Data warehouse, Business Intelligence and Client server applications is a plus.
