5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong technical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Possess the following professional Competencies

o Listening
o Process Management
o Technical Learning
o Presentation Skills
o Able to work independently
Experience working with the Microsoft suite of products including Team Foundation Server (TFS)
and Test Manager
NICE TO HAVE:
Microsoft SharePoint or similar products
