Using IIS server, web reports viewer and XML objects
Developing applications interfacing through web services
Functional and/or Automated Testing methods/tools like Unit testing
Version control systems, preferably Team Foundation Server
Strong communication skills
Ability to work on a team as a senior, sharing knowledge with other developers
Ability to work and communicate with a wide range of people - peers, vendors, management and others
Ability to display professional, positive, approachable attitude/demeanor and discretion
Ability to manage own time effectively given priorities from manager.
