·         Min 1 years as a IT Recruiter to recruit IT talent, through Job boards and vendor partnerships in a consulting company.

·         Should be required to work closely with our Business Development team in understanding the requirements, search the candidates, negotiating the rates with the candidates, coordinate interviews, and any other assistance needed for a successful start and completion of the project.

·         1 or 2 years of experience as a consulting environment for searching and recruiting software consultants and negotiating rates, signing agreements and closing the opportunities.
