Job Title :  Business Analyst with Service Max

Job Location – Milpitas, CA

Duration : 6months 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• ·         ServiceMax experienced business analyst (preferably in the Medical Device Domain).
• ·         Over 5 years' Experience on  SFDC service cloud/Servicemax implementations
• ·         Should be proficient in Requirements Capturing and translating them into Functional Specifications Participate in business drawing Processes with respect to SFDC functionality.
• ·         Participate in Stakeholder Meetings
• ·         Should have experience in working in an Agile Development model.
• ·         Should have good understanding of Service Function processes specifically around Work Order Management, Case and Complaint Management, Site Installation Management, Field Service Management and Knowledge Management.
• ·         Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.
• ·         Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• ·         Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
• ·         SFDC/SMax Certified professionals preferred
