Position- Test Automation Architect with Selenium Experience
Location- Overland Park, KS
Duration- Contract 6+ Months (or) Fulltime

Position Profile / Job Description
Purpose of Position
To effectively lead, architect and monitor Presales / solutions for QA services
To effectively lead, monitor and improve service creation and business growth
Duties and Responsibilities
· Good Understanding of Technology and Client Business (Domain knowledge and exposure in at least one domain from Telecom, HC, Energy & Utilities, BFSI)
· Has Advanced / Expert level of knowledge on testing concepts, methodologies and processes. At least 10+ years of relevant testing experience.
· Expert level of Understanding technical / automation architecture for test requirement. (including open source)
· Define Automation Framework and Reusable components
· QA automation experience with proven abilities to design, construct, customize and maintain hybrid Test automation frameworks
· Proficient in defining and constructing generic automation frameworks for web based and windows based applications Proficient on automating scripts on mobile versions of above platform
· Exposure to test automation for applications which have third party external interfaces
· Expert on selenium suite of tools, Auto It, QTP (Selenium WebDriver, Java/JUnit, QTP, TestNG framework)
· Sound knowledge of RDBMS database
· Sound knowledge of Java / C#, web .net and VB technologies
· Good experience and knowledge of at least two scripting languages
· Experience and knowledge on tool evaluations and adaption of new technologies and tools available.
· Has Expert level of knowledge on Automation and framework and methodologies
· Participates and leads in new business development:
a. Preparing and carving out service offerings,
b. Actively participate with sales executives in client meetings and help sell QA services
c. Working on Sales Support for RFP's. Adept at interactions with US Sales and Client interactions.
d. Good Presentation skills
e. Review and implement best fit solutions among options evaluated.
· Provide end to end test solutions (Manual / Automation) to Clients.
· Ensures adequacy of Requirement traceability and Automation Coverage and ROI analysis
Education and Certifications
· Post Graduates with sound computer background and automation experience.
· Testing Certification desirable
· Automation tools Competency
