Role: Lamp Developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ Local F2F

Duration: 6 Months

 

 

·         Lamp developer with emphasis on mysql development  (75%) MUST HAVE DIMENSIONAL MODELING

·         Our client builds enterprise platform business applications for web, social and mobile.

·         They offer a service line expertise in Digital Strategy, User Experience & Design, cross-platform Application Development and code-level Maintenance.

·         Data warehouse & BI developer with experience to maintain enhance and an existing data warehouse. You'll be leading the solution architecture, and managing an off shore team.

·         They will be building a MySQL database

·         This is a LAMP stack environment: need a LAMP stack developer with a focus on MySQL database development

·         Should have either PHP or Python

·         Responsibilities:

·         Develop and architect solution for the existing data warehouse Develop API's to connect to external data sourcesAble to create new data warehouse solutions for data science approach Work with the project manager to translate business needs to technical specifications

·         Skills required:

·         Develop in MySQL, with knowledge of other database languages such as MSSQL, PLSQL,Business Intelligence experienceCandidate should have experience in full life cycle (SDLC) of Data Warehouse - design and implementation.Experience with Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading using ETL tools, In-depth knowledge of industry standard ETL and BI tools.Knowledge of developing on cloud platforms such as: Azure, AWS, Heroku,Develop web services and API

·         Typical duties include:

·         Interface with customers and other developers to refine requirements, develop specifications, and recommend architectures Design and develop DW and EDWDebug and testing, ensure quality Creating documentation, and reportsManage time to support multiple overlapping projectsManage work and resourcing
