Position: PeopleSoft HR Payroll
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 3 months contract to hire
Job Description
Based on recent feedback and discussions, this is what the profile should look like ideally:
• PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Resource. 9.1 experience is required.
• Primary skills should be with Payroll and Time and Labor. Knowledge of Absence Management will be a great advantage.
• Should have experience with Tax updates - Technical as well as functional tasks. Will be required to apply them as well as assist with testing.
• Should have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and work with end users, management and developers. Ability to create process documents, facilitate requirement gathering, Fit-Gap and functional design sessions, create requirement documents, fit gap analysis documents, functional and technical specifications.
• Should be at equally ease with functional and technical/development tasks. Experience developing in Tools 8.51 will be a huge plus, extensive experience up to Tools 8.49 is required.
• Should be able to work as a business process consultant when required as we are looking for assistance with process improvements and process streamlining. Should have production support as well as implementation experience.
• Any experience with AGILE, PeopleSoft FSCM, OBIEE, Global deployment, Portal (PeopleSoft or Web Center) will be a huge plus.
