• Knowledge of the user-centered design process, information architecture, and usability principles
• Strong knowledge of web standards and semantic coding practices
• Understanding of performance engineering principles
• Minimum 4 years professional software development experience
• Page optimization techniques
• Cross browser/cross platform compatibility

- Great design and communication skills
- Good initiative and experience where they can propose solutions rather than develop to requirement
