Senior BA skills:-
• Ability to perform Use Case Analysis of Business Process
• Ability to write Use Cases
• Ability to use automated requirements management (Blueprint experience is a plus, but not required) and test management tools (Quality Center experience is a plus, but not required)
• Ability to not only conceptualize organizational business process flow, but also draft process flow using Visio
Required Skills
– Focused on SCM Best Practices
- Must have experience in:
• Organizing versioned artifacts into versioned components.
• Organizing versioned components and subsystems into versioned subsystems.
• Supporting concurrent changes to artifacts and components.
Nice-to-have-Skills
– Focused on SCM Best Practices:
• Identifying and storing artifacts in a secure repository.
• Controlling and auditing changes to artifacts.
• Organizing and integrating consistent sets of versions using activities.
• Creating baselines at project milestones.
• Recording and tracking requests for change.
• Maintaining stable and consistent workspaces.
• Integrating early and often.
• Ensuring reproducibility of software build
