Contract Position: IT Project Manager

Contract Duration: Initial 9 months to start

Desired Start Date: 4/15/2013 or sooner

Work Location: Downtown Houston, Texas

Job Requirements:

Manages one or more IT projects.

Highly Desirable:

Experience in managing infrastructure projects is highly desirable.

Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal/people skills; Strong team-player and a flexible, proactive team member;

Ability to lead/facilitate teams of diverse individuals with varying priorities and interests;

Must have excellent communication skills - listening skills are especially important;

At least two years of prior project leadership / management experience;

Five plus years of IT experience in various projects;

Familiar with project management methodologies & processes;

Proven organizational and estimating skills.
