Job Duties:
• Develop strategic relationships with internal teams and client to ensure that business needs and IT solutions are aligned to meet the requirements of a project.
• Spearhead the development of process flows and diagrams necessary to assist the business case requirements gathering.
• Create system and process flow diagrams necessary for the business understanding of a project.
• Develop a work plan to ensure work flow success for a project.
• Lead program-level business system analysis projects.
Skills and Experience Needed
• The Ideal Candidate will possess the following skills:
• 10-15 years Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) or Healthcare industry
• 8 years Technical / Solutions Architecture experience in PBM or Healthcare industry
• 8 years Business analysis experience in PBM or Healthcare industry
• 5 years Project Management
• Self-driven, will need to work independently, set priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
We will consider any candidate with the following skills:
• 5+ years of Pharmacy Benefits Management experience in a functional and strategic role
• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or Health Policy
