Engagement Description: Conduct quality assurance testing of website creation and development for the State Health Insurance Exchange. Candidate must have 2 or more years experience in evaluating software requirements, software testing and evaluating software quality. Candidate must also work with stakeholders in the escalation center to assist in troubleshooting problems and identifying potential improvements to the portal.
