Role: SAP BI BO
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
· Good understanding of technical architecture of BW (from extractors to reports) plus an in-depth familiarity with SAP's BI Analytics suite (i.e. legacy BW 7, BI and Business Objects).
· Comprehensive data warehouse analysis and design experience, with full knowledge of data warehouse methodologies and data modeling
· Experience with supporting SAP-BW (Version 7 and higher), SAP-HANA and HANA Studio
· Knowledge of SAP Business Objects and Informatica Power Center & Data Quality is preferred
· Experience with integration of non-SAP sources and targets are critical along with a fundamental understanding of portals, web reporting tools, and dashboards.
· Minimum 6-8 years working with SAP BI/BW with at least 2-3 major implementations, and several go-lives plus experience assisting production support services.
· Experience with effort estimation and planning processes.
· Good communication skills (written & oral) with an appreciation for business process constraints and comfortable discussing solutions with the business community.
