Title: Project Lead - SEN Support             

Duration: 3+ Months

Location: Valhalla, NY

 

This role is required as a lead to help define and sustain the Support team for the Smart Equipment Network (SEN), a key priority for PepsiCo and its Innovation agenda. The candidate will partner with key BIS teams to help create best of breed support processes and organization to sustain the various software solutions supporting SEN POC, pilot, market test and production operations. The role will also deliver across server application software support, client software support, data analysis and repair, and monitoring of system infrastructure activities. The candidate will work with solutions delivery, technology operations, external partners and support services teams (e.g. innovation, data, BIS services, architecture) to help define and sustain an efficient and scalable support model for the global implementation of SEN. Key job accountabilities include:

• Conduct interviews of key team resources to determine current support processes and document findings.

• Conduct interviews of key BIS teams and Innovation business team members to develop best of breed scalable support processes for end state support procedures and document results.

• Leads day to day project Support team activities, proactively identifying, logging, communicating and addressing issues & risks

• Completes deliverables and leads support activities, within time and budget constraints

• Documents end-to-end descriptions of all support activities being transformed

• Collaborates with SEN Commercialization team and project vendors to prioritize open software defects for resolution, retesting and migration.

• Coordinates the creation of data in development and QA environments as required to complete defect solution integration testing

• Conducts integration testing and documents and resolves issues         

 

The candidate should be versed in application software support processes and how to apply the project methodology to drive improved results. The ideal candidate will have worked within project teams and demonstrated the ability to deliver results. This candidate must have excellent presentation skills, both written and spoken.
