Pay rate: 70/hour C2C
Job Title: Informatica Developer
Duration: 3 – 6 months
Location: Waukegan, IL
Interview process: Phone + F2F (Skype possible if candidate has ALL requirements)
Qualifications needed:
· Developer must have Informatica experience (expert) - (needs to have a version that came out in the last two years)
· Preferably, the developer will have Informatica ILM experience (Information Lifecycle Management)
· Developer must have either 3 years hands-on experience as an Informatica Developer
· Or developer must have at least 5 years of experience developing software using any common language e.g. ( C, C++, C#, VB.NET, Java, Ruby, Python, SQL etc) interfacing to an RDBMS plus 1 year hands-on experience as an Informatica Developer.
· Must have at least 2 years of experience writing SQL queries.
· Must have at least 2 years of experience as a DBA or developer in at least 2 of these environments: Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
· Must be able to develop reports. Experience in any of JReport, Cognos, QlikView is nice to have
· Nice to have is Teradata, LIMS, Lotus Notes

· Must be SQL expert. Any SQL is OK One of Oracle, SQL Server or DB2 is preferable.
· The more database experience they have the better. They use DB2, Oracle, and SQL.
Responsibilities:
· Candidate will be performing data archiving using Informatica ILM from many different source systems.
· Candidate will analyze source data structures, create target data structures, perform necessary mapping and migrate data from source to target
· Candidate will perform tests to validate success of transfer
· Candidate will manage retention policies for archived data.
· Candidate ensure that data migrated complies with constraints in terms of privacy and secrecy.
· Candidate must be able demonstrate competency, both in theory and in practice.
