Now I need 10 MF automated and 5 MF manual testers.

These are the basic MF skill We would require for the Dialogue QA resource.
Basic understanding of COBOL Programs
Validating Flat files
Experience in working with both ROSCOE and TSO environments
Editing JCLs
Ability to use PDF comparison tools
