Duties & Responsibilites :	-Primary support will be to provide development and maintenance activities for the national environmental data exchange initiatives. -Tasks performed will include, but are not to limited: creating tables and constraints in Oracle; assisting with mapping of attributes to OpenNode2 staging tables; -creating and testing extract, transform and load (ETL) process to Oracle staging tables (backend processing using SSAS and PL/SQL), -developing and populating log tables, procedures, data services and test plans; -testing flow implementations; assisting with the implementation and deployment of the flows; and contributing to technical documentation. -Additional development will include a process to feed a SQL Server Analytical Services cube from an Oracle Database for the Radon program, and routine maintenance for existing flows as needed. Required Skills: -Oracle PL/SQL development-Required-5 Years -Oracle 11g DB Platform-Required-5 Years -SQL Server Analytical Services-Required-2 Years -Experience creating tables and constraints in Oracle database-Required-2 Years -.Net Web Services development-Required-2Years -Altoova's Mapforce and XML-Highly desired -Oracle 11g/12c migration testing-Highly desired -Windows Server 2003/2008R2 migration testing-Highly desired -Knowledge of National Environmental Information Network (NEIEN)-Highly desired -Knowledge of Windsor's OpenNode2 Application-Highly desired -Knowledge of Business Objects-Highly desired -Strong Communication skills, written and verbal-Required -Experience w/ a structured Sys Dev Methodology-Highly desired -Experience writing requirements documents and design documents-Required-2 Years Interview Process: In person
