JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duration              :  12 Months contract

Location               :  Los Angeles, CA

 

Job Requirements:

 

·         5-10 years of experience in SAP CRM implementation and support

 

·         2-3 Implementation Experience

 

·         Should have worked extensively with IPM Functionalities

which include IP Sales Contract Management, IP Acquisition Contract Management & IP Master Data Management

 

·         Lead & Support CRM IPM Functional Area with Onsite-Offshore

Support Model

 

·         Resolve Incidents as raised by Business in CRM IPM

Functional Area with preparation of Supporting Documents

 

·         Carry out Enhancements to Existing CRM-IPM Setup as needed by Client

 

·         Manage new solutions and services as needed
