REQUIREMENT !

Title: RF Engineer (Freshers, EAD, OPT, CPT)

Locations: San Diego, CA; Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Allentown, PA

Interview: Phone then Skype

 

Job Description:

 

1.            Must be Electronics & Communication as main stream in Undergrads

2.            Should have basic theory knowledge of RF concepts, Telecom networks (GSM,UMTS,LTE) network architecture

3.            Academic projects related to RF, Wireless Technology

4.            If candidate is experienced: Look for skills in Wireless Network/UE testing , worked for AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon is added advantage/worked for organizations like Qualcomm, Broadcom etc

 

JD:

1.            Should be quick learner/self-study on Wireless network architecture 2G/3G/4G so it would ease them when get into on job training from Mentors

2.            Should be able to start contributing independently after 2 weeks of training

3.            Responsible for executing Mobility/Static Tests involved in working with 2-3 members in specified test location

4.            Generate test report and publish it to client team once tests completes by end of the day, raise defects for failure tests and follow up till it gets resolved

5.            Has valid Driver license and comfortable to drive

6.            Should be flexible for frequent travel on short notice, also ready to relocate to different place based on project needs
