Title: Project Manager

Location: Boston MA

Duration: 12+ Months

Required skills:

·            Candidate should have at least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager.  They need to be a strong PM (tactical) – when you screen the candidate ask the candidate about the projects he or she delivered successfully, and what was the criteria for success.

·            The candidate doesn't have to be so senior – as long has the candidate is a strong relationship builder and has the ability to lead a project successfully – the need to be a self-starter and be proactive.

·            Candidate must have Financial Services experience, including some retail banking experience.

·            Any regulatory compliance experience (i.e. MRA's, Basel, Dodd-Frank, FACTA) is a plus.

·            Candidate must have excellent communication, client interfacing, and relationship building skills!

·            Candidate must have strong MS project skills – we cannot tech the candidate to determine those skills, one of our Practice Directors will determine the candidate's MS Project skills.  MS Project will be the PM's primary tool for managing projects.

·            Candidate should have good risk management skills, and the ability to foresee issues and take action before they become bigger issues.

·            Candidate should really have some consulting experience – and have a professional image.

·            Candidates should be flexible and adaptable – and be made aware up front that they will be working an average of 50 hours per week (and be getting paid for all their hours worked)

·            Candidates should also be aware this is a long term contract – 1 year plus.
