• Healthcare a plus
• Ability to work in a fast paced organization with very tight timelines
• Ability to get up to speed and be productive and add value in a shortened timeframe
• Microsoft Applications including VISIO
• SDLC including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile Methodologies
• Call Center Applications
• QA Testing, IVR QA Testing
• Excellent communication skills
