Requisition Details:

·         13+ years in performance testing & engineering

·         Should be experienced in carrying out performance testing/engineering consulting assignments an individual contributor

·         Should have experience with the following

·         Performance Engineering – n-tier Web Applications (Java Platforms), Rich Internet Applications, Client/Server, web Services (SOAP, REST), Middle technologies (JMS, MQ, JBPM)

·         Client Side Performance Testing & tuning, Baselining, Benchmarking

·         Tuning for optimization & consolidation

·         Capacity Planning, Trending & Management

·         Usage Pattern Analysis & work-load Modeling

·         Proven in strategy/planning & implementation – good to have experience in setting up Test Centers or customer specific Performance CoE

·         Proven exposure to identify bottlenecks & recommendations for enterprise applications varying in Architecture & Deployment complexity

·         Sound understanding in using the tools for DB analysis, understanding in interpreting diagnostics report & provide recommendation

·         Query profiling, analysis & recommendation for optimization

·         Great understanding of Agile methodology & related performance testing/engineering

·         Tuning & optimization experience for messaging queue is a must

·         Hands on experience on working with various profiling tools is required

 

Tools:

Performance Testing – OpenSTA / Jmeter / MS VSTS / HP LR and monitoring using SiteScope / Hyperic HQ

Diagnostics - HP Deep Diagnostics(.Net/J2EE)/DynaTrace
