Location:   Sunnyvale, CA
Duration:   12+ Month

Required:-
10+ years of experience is required.
Sound Knowledge of Vertica Architecture

Hands-on implementation with at-least two E2E Vertica Implementations

Experience in Performance Tuning in Vertica which includes creation of projection, partition swapping etc

Strong Data Migration experience from Oracle, Teradata to Vertica

Database Exposure to DBA specific activities for Vertica

Eloquently interact with Clients, understand requirements for Architectural Proposals

Effectively translate Client requirements to System Framework Design Plan

Effectively Design, Develop, Test and Roll-out Projects with intense Data Warehousing concepts & tools

Proficiently analyze data and expand on knowledge on Apple's data over time

Efficiently manage priorities and organize project deliveries & tasks in an agile and demanding environment

Effectively work in a Multi-vendor environment across cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Be on a constant lookout for growth of  presence by identifying Biz. Opportunities or innovating Biz solutions through technical excellence.

Be technically adept to understand design, validate estimates and exhibit technical smartness to clients

Build excellent rapports with client through effective communications and self-driven innovative solutions to client's pain points
