Role	Sr Developer / Architect
Mandatory Technical Skills	• Candidate is expected to have capability to develop full stack applications end to end using best practices and tools in testing, deployment and scaling. • Demonstrated technical capability developing applications using multiple application stacks, with deep expertise in the following:    - IBM Case Manager    - Strong expertise in P8 product suite    - Practical experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) • Domain epertise in Transaction Banking • Knowledge of Javascript frameworks • Expertise in version control systems, preferably git.
Desirable Technical Skills	•  Agile development practices such as automated unit testing, continuous integration and deployment and extreme programming •  We will love you even more if you: Have open-source contributions •  Spoke in popular conferences like RubyConf/PyCon Regularly blog about cool stuff
Mandatory Functional Skills	• Responsible for soliciting requirements, scoping, design, development and execution • Lead a team in architecting, designing, developing and implemention • Lead problem-solving process, improve current tools and develop new ones • Work with clients to assess effectiveness/impact of solution and refine as required
