Role : PeopleSoft HCM

Location : Chicago, IL

Duration : Long Term

The consultant with a strong grasp of PeopleSoft HCM modules along with in depth knowledge and understanding of general HR and business processes to review and cleanse more than 15 years of company HR data.

Job Description :

• 12 + years of PeopleSoft HCM expertise
• Strong  functional consultant with technical or development understanding.
• In depth experience with Core HR, Benefits, Payroll and Time and Labor
• Must have strong experience with PeopleSoft data cleansing or scrubbing, archiving and purging
• Must have strong experience and understanding of general HR processes
• Strong business acumen is required
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to be onsite weekly or relocate
