Operations Analyst focused on supporting the xfinity.com URL Consolidation project.
The resource will be focused on the operational impacts and rollout of the project.
Required:
- 7+ years exp in technology operations - Incident management, change, configuration management, application deployment, trouble shooting, and monitoring in production and pre-production environments, with
- 5+ years managing/leading position
- 5 + years experience leading Incident Management in a high volume transactional web environment.
- Drives issues through closure, engaging all appropriate resources.
- Leads technical bridges and provides troubleshooting direction.
- Provides guidance and recommend solutions to complex technical issues
- 3+ years support/administration experience in following technologies:
-Windows Server Platform, IIS, Active Server Pages (ASP, ASP.NET), HTML, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, Service-Oriented Architecture
- 1+ years of combined programming/scripting experience in any of the common languages such as C++, C#, Java, Perl, Shell etc
- 1+ years experience with TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL protocols, DNS, DHCP, UDP, XML and SOAP, Active Directory administration
- 1+ years Experience working with common network elements such as routers, firewalls, load balancers, and network storage
- 1+ years experience Engineering Operations procedures, policies, and processes. Leads the integration of projects/products into operations including instrumentation, automation, standardization, and methods/procedures
- 1+ years Hands-on exp with monitoring and tools such as Keynote, CatchPoint, Gomez, Omniture, BAC, Tealeaf, Wiley
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable in effectivly communicating with executive leadership (Directors and above)
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and independent judgment skills * Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, Engineering, or related fields ITIL Knowledge/Certification a plus
