We have a Job opportunity for HP Service Manager Tech Lead in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
Duration: 4+ months.
Detailed Job Description:
- Overall experience of 8+ year in the IT industry with atleast 3+ years on HPSM
- Participate in Estimation, Requirements Analysis, Design and Development for End to End HPSM implementation
- Consult Service Desk customers - Business/IT regarding ITSM practices
- Participate in Release Planning & Solution Design. Consult IT management regarding HP Service Manager architecture
- Design and Develop solutions in HP Service Manager
- Design and Develop integrations with HP Service Manager
- Coordinate with shared IT services, QA & other teams
- Plan and implement deployments onto Production environments
