Job Title               Scrum Master Project Manager

Job Location       New York

Mandatory Skills              Agile, TFS

Detailed JD:

•             The scrum master has to be a seasoned solid task master to drive the large complex project.

•             Manage the process and ensure that it is followed;

•             Shield the team from external interferences and promptly sort out anything that is slowing down the team;

•             Work closely with the product owner and QA to establish the acceptance criteria for all user stories (a very important task!); Work closely with QA to ensure that all user stories are verified before the end of the sprint;

•             Ensure that the user stories in the backlog are prioritized and estimated, which includes scheduling and facilitating the planning poker sessions;

•             Track the team's velocity, understand the deltas between sprints, and react accordingly;

•             In a timely fashion, communicate to other teams and product owners decisions made by the team;

•             Motivate, inspire, and improve the lives and productivity of the development team;

•             Review and improve the practices
