Position  : Remedy Developer

Location : Twinsburg, OH

Duration : 8+ Months

Job Description

·         Design, develop, test and implement all components, equipment, and software within the functional area of the organization.

·         Applies commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Works on problems of simple to moderate scope.

·         Exercises judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Identifies issues and provides resolution within the workgroup or to the customer.

·         Normally receives detailed instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects or assignments.

·         Codes business logic, screen interfaces, and database interfaces using database specific languages.

·         May assist in performing the tests in the testing process for small application releases or complex software enhancements. Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Job Required Skills -

·         Experience Remedy developer – skills must be current

·         Knowledgeable with version 8.1

·         Knowledgeable about ITSM

·         Experience with Web Services - both in publishing and consuming

·         Working in a Highly customized Environment

·         Unix Solaris 11 (App Servers, DB Servers)

·         Windows 2008 (Mid Tiers)

·         Oracle 11r2 (DB/SQL)

·         Crystal Reports

·         Pentaho

 

Optional Skills -

·         Optional

·         Tomcat

·         HTML

·         Crystal Reports

·         Businessware

·         Oracle ETA Direct

·         Additionally, Remedy Developer skills must be current or within 6 months of actively being in that role.

·         Candidates with extensive Remedy 7.5 experience will be considered.
