Description:
• 8 to 10 Years of total Business / Requirement Analysis experience.
• Involved in at least one full life cycle of Business / Requirement Analysis preferably in ecommerce space.
• Demonstrated use of standard techniques (JAD, interviewing, use case modeling, gap-fit analysis, process definition, requirements management, elicitation analysis, prioritization) for gathering requirement.
• Experience in documenting use cases and creating Requirement Artifacts like BRD, SRS, FRD, RTM.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Superior listening skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to serve as a liaison between client and the implementation teams.
• Excellent professional integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Exposure to RUP and Agile methodologies and proven ability to follow SEI CMM processes.
• Demonstrate creativity in problem solving and new approaches.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including MS Word, Visio and Excel.
• Exposure to ATG, Enterprise Architect and Technology is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work independently or in conjunction with ATG Commerce Architects and customers to gather business requirements and help define a solution that meets business, user and technical needs in the form of highly engaging online(web) experiences.
• Translate and prioritize requirements for assigned area project and maintenance work.
• Responsible for translating high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
• Maintains functional peer relationships and detailed working knowledge of the assigned areas systems, organization, and business processes.
• Understand business domain and build depth in focus area.
• KT to Design, Development and Testing Teams.
• Responsible for timely delivery assigned modules.
