Job Description::

MQSeries knowledge

MQ Administrator experience with QPASA experience and monitoring of large and complex MQ architecture and applications

Knowledge of MQ Clustering to understand how messages are routed and load balanced

MQ Programming experience, solid knowledge of MQ APIs and MQ properties

Working knowledge of JMS APIs and IBM MQ's implementation of JMS Message properties (RFH Headers)

WebSphere general experience, MQ message listeners, connection factories and queue destinations

Knowledge of how WAS listeners work and their effect on performance

MQ Broker experience and general knowledge of how MQSeries based broker flows function and how messages are processed

Experience with J2EE application development and deployment practices

 

Roles & Responsibilities

MQ Availability/Performance Analyst who can focus on delivering solutions to proactively monitor suite of Applications and underlying Queuing infrastructure.

To design and develop MQ and monitoring solutions

To recognize potential impacts in service prior to affecting business partners
